Location : Minneapolis, MN 55401 (Hybrid – 2-3 onsite)

- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, concatenate, data organization)
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Experience working with large employer health plans (5,000+ employees)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with Workday (preferred)
- What non-technical skills are necessary (i.e., such as communication, problem solving, team player)?
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative mindset and independence in completing assigned tasks
- Organizational skills for managing data requests and project priorities
- Ideal candidate background and how many years required?
- 5–7 years of experience in benefits, preferably as a Benefits Specialist, Benefits Analyst, or Benefits Administrator
- Experience supporting large employer plans (5,000+ employees); industry background not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (experience prioritized)
- Are there any certifications that the candidate must possess?
None required. CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) is a “gold star” preferred certification.
