Past experience working in a hospital, rehab or long term care facility would be needed. The primary purpose of this job is to perform all aspects of the day-to-day food preparation activities of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and / or the Food Service Supervisor, to assure that all meals and snacks are prepared and served in a timely and appetizing manner to the residents and staff.
