Your day to day as a Cultivation Technician 2

As a Cultivation Technician 2 at Vangarden Cannabis in Rochdale, you will play a vital role in our cultivation efforts by performing essential tasks in all cultivation areas following comprehensive training on department-specific procedures. Under the guidance of the Cultivation Supervisor, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of activities, including cleaning, transplanting, trellising, defoliating, pruning, harvesting, and trimming. You will also monitor plant health by assisting in daily room checks and reporting any signs of pests, pathogens, or diseases. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and ensuring that all equipment is in working order are critical components of the role.

Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting work performance data to support continuous improvement.
