What is a "FLEX Officer"?

The FLEX Officer reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full-time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Our FLEX officers are split by their availability. We have "Day" FLEX, designated to working any day shift between the hours of 6 am and 11 pm. Our "Overnight" FLEX team covers all other shifts during the overnight hours, anywhere from 8 pm to 8 am. Our shifts are standardly 8-hour shifts, with some being 4, 6, 10, or 12 hours.

Schedule : Flexible, changing week to week as needed at multiple sites (primarily 1st / 2nd shift)

$22.00 / hr starting pay

Requirements :

• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma
• Walking / standing for long periods
• Flexible work availability
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
• At least 18 years old
• Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area
• Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card- we will assist you in applying for this after accepting an offer of employment!
