Claims Recovery Specialist - MD / DC

A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist I - MD / DC (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit medical and dental claims to recover overpayments and document the process

Communicate with carriers, members, and providers to recover and settle unpaid claims

Participate in meetings related to Audit and Recoupment and attend training sessions to enhance job knowledge

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of claims processing experience

Preferred experience in claims adjustment

Mathematical ability / aptitude

Ability to deal with both internal and external clients
