Must Haves:

· 3-5+ years front line sales of commercial services contracts to facility and property managers

· Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Aspire, Proposify, or related.

· 4 years college degree or equivalent preferred

• Create and execute a sales plan - grow market share of landscape maintenance services to CRE, and class A office facility clients.

• Network - Represent company in industry associations, professional groups, chambers, and events

• Prospect, Develop and Close winning proposals which tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals within in the Ventura county area business and facility markets.
