The Registered Nurse Float in the ICU provides critical nursing care to patients of all ages while collaborating in a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and at least one year of pediatric ICU experience.

The CSO ICU RN will be responsible for :

• Joining an innovative Central Staffing Office to meet the ever-changing staffing needs across the Critical Care and Cardiovascular program.
• Providing competent nursing care to critically ill patients (newborn – adult) and their families across all 4 ICUs (Medical ICU, Medical / Surgical ICU, Neonatal ICU and Cardiac ICU).
• Delivering family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment with many opportunities for learning and career growth with comprehensive orientation to meet individual needs.
• Opportunities to be involved in hospital wide committees and to precept new staff and nursing students.
