We are growing quickly and hiring Client Success Managers to partner with healthcare organizations across the nation, helping them realize the full value of our solutions. If you’re equal parts strategic advisor and technical problem-solver, this role is for you.

You’ll play a key role in helping maxRTE retain and grow our client base, expanding our impact and delivering a world-class experience for the teams we serve.

What You'll Do :

  • You’ll be the primary partner for a portfolio of key clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Your focus will be on three core outcomes : retention, revenue growth, and client delight.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and successfully drive upsell and cross-sell
  • Represent maxRTE as the voice of the business with your customers, specifically ensuring timely responses to client outreach
  • Lead monthly or quarterly business reviews with your client teams and become a trusted partner with both day-to-day users and senior client stakeholders
  • Partner with our Operations Analyst team to :
  • Successfully onboard new clients
  • Build regular client-facing reporting highlighting our ROI and opportunities to improve customer outcomes
  • Monitor customer usage data to extract insights about client health and troubleshoot issues
  • Set up, maintain, and update configurations in our software platform to meet the needs of each client
  • Running test file / proof of concepts for prospective and existing clients
  • Become a product expert in all facets of maxRTE
  • Communicate client feedback to our support team to address immediate issues, and to our engineering team to inform our product roadmap

Requirements

Who You Are :

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Experience navigating complex healthcare environments, such as Epic or other EHR systems.
  • A fast learner who quickly understands the needs of healthcare providers, their teams, and the insurance ecosystem.
  • A strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas for both end users and technical teams.
  • Excited by data, comfortable using insights to create success strategies and measure outcomes.
  • Capable of managing technical integrations and client-facing documentation with confidence.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
