Job Title : Production Worker – Gourmet Specialties

Location : 2120 E 25th St, Vernon, CA 90058

Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour

Schedule :

  • Start time : 2 : 00 AM or 3 : 00 AM
  • End time : 10 : 30 AM – 11 : 30 AM
  • In November : Overtime available (up to 12–15 hours per day!)

Join the Gourmet Specialties production team! We’re hiring reliable and hardworking individuals who want steady, full-time work in a cold, refrigerated environment. You’ll help prepare, package, and move fresh herbs and specialty products that are shipped to customers nationwide.

Please note : This job takes place inside a chiller, where temperatures are kept cold to preserve freshness. Applicants must be comfortable working in this type of environment for the full shift.

Herb Preparation Team

  • Work inside a cold / chilled facility
  • Trim, clean, and prepare herbs before packaging
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization
  • Stand for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs
  • Must wear anti-slip shoes for safety

    • Pallet & Production Support Team

  • Load, move, and organize pallets in a cold environment
  • Assist with production setup, movement, and cleanup
  • Follow all safety and temperature-handling procedures
  • Must be able to work efficiently and handle physical tasks safely
