Department : Field Operations Big Y ProgramClassification : Full-Time, Hourly / Non-ExemptOverviewThe Remodel Team Member plays a key role in the successful execution of store remodels, resets, and special project work for TruX Retail Partners Big Y Program. Working closely with store leadership and TruX field leaders, this position ensures that product sets, fixtures, and merchandising standards are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely in alignment with project timelines.Remodel Team Members represent TruX in-store through dependable work, teamwork, and professionalismdemonstrating our commitment to truth, trust, and true execution in every project.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute store remodels, resets, and planogram changes in accordance with project timelines and Big Y program standards.Safely move, assemble, and adjust fixtures, shelves, and product displays as required.Ensure planogram accuracy, proper tagging, and compliance with store merchandising standards.Work collaboratively with TruX team members and store leadership to meet daily and overall project goals.Follow direction from the Remodel Team Lead or Supervisor while maintaining a high level of independence and accountability.Complete project reporting, before-and-after photos, and updates through TruX systems.Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces, adhering to all TruX and retailer safety protocols.Represent TruX with professionalism and integrity while working on-site at Big Y locations.Qualifications1+ years of retail, merchandising, remodel, or fixture installation experience preferred.Ability to read and follow planograms, schematics, and reset instructions.Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills.Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.Comfortable with physical tasks such as shelving, product movement, and light assembly work.Flexible to travel between store locations and work early morning, overnight, or variable schedules as required by project timelines.Must have reliable transportation to assigned project sites.What We OfferFull-time hourly position with competitive payPaid training and travel (if applicable)Career growth opportunities through TruX leadership pathwaysA supportive culture built on truth, transparency, and teamwork A people-first environment where hard work and dependability are recognized and valued
