We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Jesuit Community area, overseeing nursing operations, staffing, and resident care planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise RN / LPN Case Managers, Supervisors, and direct care staff.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and compliance with nursing standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and PTO approvals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers.
• Coordinate outbreak responses, vaccine clinics, and health department reporting.
• Conduct audits, evaluations, and performance coaching.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.
• Participate in QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
