Production Material Handlers

Our client, a leader in plastics manufacturing, is seeking dependable and safety-minded Production Material Handlers to support operations during 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role plays a critical part in keeping the production floor running smoothly by ensuring raw materials, WIP (work in progress), and finished goods are delivered and staged accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities :

• Safely operate forklifts including counterbalance, reach truck, or other powered industrial vehicles.
• Transport raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods to designated staging or storage areas.
• Load and unload trailers, ensuring accuracy and care with all shipments.
• Track inventory movements using handheld scanners or manual logs as needed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Support general material handling and light production tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and operational procedures.
