$110k to $120k

We're looking for a Superintendent who knows how to lead from the front. You'll run day-to-day field operations on commercial and multifamily jobs-keeping subs aligned, schedules tight, and quality where it needs to be. If you're hands-on, detail-focused, and committed to getting it done right (not just fast), you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily site activities and manage subcontractor performance.

Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, inspections, and manpower.

Enforce safety protocols and lead daily / weekly safety meetings.

Communicate with PMs on progress, challenges, and resource needs.

Track quality control and solve field issues as they come up.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.

Assist with punch list and project closeout.

What You Bring

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily construction.

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proven ability to manage tight timelines without sacrificing quality.

Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).

Solid understanding of plans, specs, and construction sequencing.

A steady, solution-oriented mindset.
