The Director of Treasury leads DaVita’s global treasury operations with accountability for areas such as cash management, liquidity strategy, banking infrastructure, and capital markets support. This role shapes the direction of the Treasury function, ensures operational excellence, and partners with senior leaders across the Village to advance DaVita’s financial strategy. The Director of Treasury builds high-performing teams, elevates cross-functional collaboration, and drives continuous improvement in treasury service delivery, systems, and processes.

Cash Management & Liquidity

• Oversee cash positioning, liquidity planning, and short-term investing
• Ensure accuracy, control, and timeliness of daily cash management, forecasting, and intercompany funding
• Lead continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy

Washington Non-exempt : Bellingham : $17.66 / hour, Burien : $21.16 / hour, Unincorporated King County : $20.29 / hour, Renton : $20.90 / hour, Seattle : $20.76 / hour, Tukwila : $21.10 / hour, Remainder of Washington state : $16.66 / hour.
