Concrete Recycling Operations Manager

Lead and coordinate concrete recycling operations on-site

Ensure safe and efficient use of heavy equipment and tools

Monitor material handling and recycling processes for quality and compliance

Train and guide crew members to meet operational goals

Communicate with supervisors and project teams to ensure timely progress

Demonstrated ability to lead teams in field operations

Strong understanding of demolition and recycling procedures

Skilled in operating and maintaining heavy machinery

Commitment to safety and environmental standards

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$23.68 to $34.28 per hour
