Join our team as a Housekeeper at a luxury high-rise apartment building in Cincinnati, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional cleanliness and top-tier customer service. Job Requirements :

• Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness.
• Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments.
• Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition.
• Report any damage to the building, apartments, or otherwise, to the direct supervisor.
• Assist maintenance teams with the cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and requests.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
