The job : We are seeking an EHS Manager to elevate our team and bring our operations to the next level through the successful implementation of our new SBD EHS Management System. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of environmental, health, and safety at the Stanley Black & Decker Voss Aerospace and Prikos & Becker operations. You will be responsible for applying and maintaining the SBD EHS Management System, which provides a structured, proactive framework for managing EHS processes and riskshelping us minimize our impact on people and the environment. Your leadership will be essential in developing an accident-free workplace culture and ensuring full regulatory compliance. This position reports to the Plant Director of Operations and requires close collaboration with all departments, regulatory agencies, and the Corporate EHS team.

You also have : Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety and / or Environmental Sciences preferred. 7+ years' experience implementing EHS culture in a manufacturing environment. Relevant EHS-related certification(s) preferred. Multi-site EHS management experience preferred. Broad knowledge of applicable environmental, health, and safety regulatory requirements. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret complex sets of data. Computer proficiency, including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and EHS data management systems preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
