Fully Licensed Clinical Therapist

• Position : Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LPC)

We are seeking full-time and part-time Clinical Therapists to provide therapy to adults in our jail diversion and outpatient programs. Our clients present with a wide range of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. If you are passionate about helping those most in need, this is the place for you. Both limited licensed and fully licensed LMSW and LPC professionals are encouraged to apply.

• Responsibilities include :
• Complete initial assessments, including co-occurring substance use issues
• Facilitate the Person-Centered Planning process (individual, family, and / or group therapy)
• Provide crisis intervention, referrals, and ongoing therapy services
• Develop and implement behavior plans that address mental health and substance use needs
• Document services promptly and accurately in the Electronic Medical Record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care (IPOS)
• Maintain compliance with CEUs, licensure, and credentialing requirements
• Attend trainings, meetings, and professional development activities
• Qualifications :
• Masters degree in Social Work (LMSW) or Counseling (LPC)
• Michigan licensure required (limited or fully licensed accepted)
• Current CAADC license (or development plan) preferred
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (per insurance requirements)
• Strong professional conduct, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Ability to maintain 65% monthly productivity and meet documentation standards
