What You Will Do :

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be the strategic leader for our Frame Mill. Your mission will be to :

  • Lead & Develop : Direct, mentor, and empower a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors across multiple shifts to achieve peak performance.
  • Drive Operational Excellence : Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production flow, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
  • Strategize & Plan : Own capacity planning and production scheduling, working cross-functionally with Schedulers, HR, and Quality teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Champion Safety & Quality : Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and product quality, fostering a "zero-incident" and "right-the-first-time" culture.

    • What You Need to Succeed :

  • Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a leadership / management role.
  • Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Expertise : Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity planning, and production flow.
  • Leadership : A passion for developing people and a demonstrated ability to lead multi-shift operations.
