Our Territory is in the following counties (Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Coryell, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Lampasas, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Real, San Saba)
Shifts : Flexible, starting in 4-hour increments up to Live-In Shift opportunities, Monday - Sunday (AM & PM shifts available) Salary : Competitive Pay, starting at $13.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary :
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care for elderly individuals. You will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life by helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide mobility and transfer support to ensure comfort and safetyOffer medication remindersPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feedingPerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environmentProvide emotional support and companionshipDocument and report changes in client conditions to the supervising teamEncourage participation in recreational activities and social engagementEnsure the safety and well-being of clients at all timesQualifications :
Willing to work a MINIMUM of 20 hours per month requiredMust be willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time trackingPrevious caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)Passionate about helping elderly individuals and making a difference in their livesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistanceDependable, Patient, Empathetic, and TrustworthyMust maintain confidentiality and follow instructionsAuthorized to work in the United StatesValid driver’s license requiredReliable Transportation3 Professional ReferencesPass a Background Check / Drug screenWhy Join Us?
