A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and review data for loan approval, including property performance and borrower information

Compose draft loan approval forms and applications for internal review

Analyze existing loans at risk and recommend new rates or refinancing as necessary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma required

Ability to manage multiple loans with minimal supervision

Proven track record of producing high-accuracy work

Understanding of basic math and equations relevant to the role

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
