Assistant Rental Coordinator / Yard Coordinator (Heavy Construction Equipment) - Fort Myers, FL

The South Florida Caterpillar dealer is seeking an Assistant Rental / Yard Coordinator for the heavy construction equipment lines.

To be qualified, the ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer skills are a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and associated equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities will include - Assisting the Rental Coordinator, processing of rental transactions, invoicing, inventory control, yard organization, answering phones, and working well with customers.

Maintain and scan inventory of all the units and attachments while keeping the yard organized.

Operate equipment and move to their designated area.

Must have a valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.

2-3 years of rental industry or similar experience experience is preferred.
