A respected engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help drive growth within its Water & Wastewater Transmission practice. This role offers the autonomy to shape a growing Central Florida team while collaborating with a strong regional network delivering some of the most significant water and utilities projects in the state.

What this role offers :
This is a pivotal leadership position for an experienced water / wastewater professional looking to combine project delivery with client development :
- Lead design and delivery of treatment, transmission, and utilities projects across Central and Northeast Florida.
- Act as a seller-doer, building new client relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Serve as a senior advisor providing technical oversight and quality assurance on high-impact projects.
- Supervise and mentor engineers, technicians, and design staff.
- Help guide business development strategy and represent the firm through industry associations, client events, and professional forums.

What You’ll Bring
20+ years of experience in water / wastewater, transmission, or utilities design and delivery.A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida.Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and a track record of successful client-facing delivery.Strong understanding of municipal and utility infrastructure throughout Central Florida.Passion for technical excellence, mentoring, and long-term relationship building.Interested in finding out if this is right for you?
