Senior Manager, Joint Use

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Joint Use.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and inspire a team of 8-15 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Negotiate and maintain Joint Use agreements while ensuring compliance with regulations

Oversee financial operations, inspections, and stakeholder alignment for the NESC program

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred

Minimum of ten years of experience in capital-intensive projects and five years managing multimillion-dollar budgets

Experience leading high-performing teams in regulated industries

Expertise in negotiating joint use agreements with various pole owners

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools, with experience in data modeling and analytics
