Job description

SkillSetGroup is looking for an experience Production Supervisor to work in the Garden Grove, CA area. This position will be overseeing a small team of machinists in a high-volume aerospace macnufacturing environment. The chosen candidate must have hands-on supervisor experience in a machine shop, with knowledge of troubleshooting & programming CNC lathes. Knowledge of continuous improvement and optimization is a plus. This will be a DIRECT HIRE position on 1st shift.

Duration : Direct Hire
Pay range : $85-110k / yr

Hours :

4-6AM start Monday Friday, OT

Details

5-7 years' experience operating, setting up and programming CNC Lathes.

3 years' previous CNC Machine Shop supervisory / lead role.

Experience troubleshooting / programming CNC Lathes.

Previous metal component manufacturing experience is a plus.

Managing 18-20 employees

Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
