This position involves providing advanced clinical support to dentists during a variety of dental treatments, while also overseeing and mentoring junior dental assistants to maintain high standards of patient care. The Lead Dental Assistant is responsible for managing patient flow, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring all instruments and materials are sterilized and ready for use. Minimum Qualifications :

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting.

• Ability to pass background checks and comply with state dental board requirements.
