Job descriptionDelinquency rate of 5% or less Occupancy rate of 95% or more Meet with and manage a staff of 3 people (2 Maintenance and 1 Community Assistant) Having a steady wait list of future residents that would like to live at the property Adherence to the yearly budget Maintaining positive relationships with residents Affordable housing experience is preferred (Project Based Section 8 and HUD) Excellent communication skills Ability to learn and use computer software including RealPage / Onesite, Google programs, check scanners, printers and copy machines Ability to manage people and maintain a positive work environment Financial efficiency to manage rents, collections and budgets Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen HS diploma or equivalent Have, or be willing to obtain, a PA Real Estate License

Arbors Management Inc. is an established Property Management company based in Pittsburgh managing properties throughout Western PA, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio. We currently have an opening for a full-time Property Manager located in the East Liberty area of Pittsburgh. This Property Manager will oversee operations at our 81-unit subsidized senior high-rise property, managing the building financials, tenant relations and maintenance staff. Knowledge of Section 8 housing & HUD regulations is preferred.
