We are an industrial manufacturer that you most likely have heard of or have worked with and just never even knew it! Our headcount has increased over 23% the past 2 years as we continue to expand our product line and gain market share in our space.

Position Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the manufacturing activities on the production floor, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves leading a team of operators, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding best practices in production management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and manage the production team performance.
• Ensure production schedules are met and production goals are achieved.
• Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S methodologies.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct training and development programs for staff on production techniques and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and resolve any issues that may arise.
