Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and functions.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, risk logs, and reporting dashboards.
• Drive cross-team communication to ensure alignment, unblock challenges, and mitigate risks.
• Provide transparency to leadership through clear status updates, reporting, and insights.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in program management processes.
• Ensure all deliverables support EA's standards of quality and player experience.

Qualifications :

5+ years of program or project management experience in technology, gaming, or related industries.

Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills-able to influence at all levels.

Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar program tracking systems.

Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and lead through ambiguity.

Passion for games, technology, and delivering outstanding player experiences.

Bonus Points :

Experience in the gaming industry or entertainment / media sector.

PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.

Background in software engineering, game development, or live services operations.
