Job descriptionCommission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials. Licensed (if required by State) 2 years of consulting / long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors. Skilled Living 16 hrs per month. 2 visits on site
Assisted Living 4 hrs every 6 weeks
Must have NDTR / RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
DiningRD is actively seeking a contract Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and / or behavioral health. Are you interested in improving the lives of seniors? Do you have the desire to work with a company that values and respects you? If so, please keep reading!
KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
- Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
- Participation in the care planning process.
- Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
