Job descriptionProvide fast and courteous service to technicians retail and wholesale customers. List and price out parts on repair orders and or counter tickets. Write purchase orders for parts and sublet work as needed from outside suppliers and obtain management approval. Maintain a customer back-order file. Maintain the special-order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner. Make sure technicians turn in all defective parts necessary for warranty scrap and tag them appropriately. Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory. Help maintain parts catalogs price schedules and other technical information and bulletins. Keep work area clean free of debris safe and put away loose stock. Proficient in the use of parts catalogs and locations of correct. Knowledge of automotive repairs and processes Hardworking team player pays attention to detail Availability to work potentially Monday-Saturday
