• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to prepare accurate estimates.
• Utilize estimating software to determine repair costs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians.
• Ensure all repair work aligns with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and negotiate claims.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the repair process.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a body shop estimator.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance claims.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
