Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant

We at Innovecture are hiring for a Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to expand our team, this is a Remote role. You will work across various Innovecture client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience with Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, statutory rules, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in Core HR module implementation and support.
• Proven expertise in data mapping, data migration, and working with legacy systems (e.g., JDE).
• Strong knowledge of integrations : OIC, REST APIs, HCM Extracts, and interface troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, calculations, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional workstreams.
