Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of intelligent, intuitive, and secure chat experiences. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to define and execute product strategies that drive productivity, engagement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Manager will lead cross-functional project teams through the full project lifecycle-from concept to launch-ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve risks and blockers
• As a Project Manager, you will drive the development of secure and user-friendly chat experiences that enhance productivity and engagement
• Facilitate clear communication and documentation across teams to ensure transparency and accountability
• Continuously evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives
