Requirement description :

• 2+ years' experience in SNF / LTC as a LPN
• Please note there is no public transportation. All travelers must have their own vehicle or a rental
• travel experience is desired
• Agency MUST have an active MI iCHAT account
• Agency MUST be authorize to schedule Fingerprinting
