Job Description :

We are seeking a Paid Social Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and a strong portfolio of User-Generated Content (UGC) and studio-style video edits, specifically for paid social uses. You’ll need the ability to optimize your creative specifically for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) so you’ll need to know all the latest trends and tactics that work on the platform. If you have a knack for driving results through paid social video and thrive in fast-paced, creative environments, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce engaging and high-quality UGC (User-Generated Content) and studio-style videos tailored specifically to Meta Ads and other social platforms.
• Edit and structure videos to convey a compelling and clear narrative, then tailoring that narrative to resonate with different target audience segments.
• Identify inefficiencies in creative production, offering solutions to streamline workflows and improve creative output for Meta Ads campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with current platform trends, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Actively follow and stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, UGC content, and social media platforms, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Capcut to create high-quality video edits, incorporating motion graphics, transitions, and sound design where necessary.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure videos are on-brand and aligned with overarching campaign strategies.
