Job Responsibilities

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or service industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Financial acumen and experience with budget management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
