We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive successful execution of marketing programs that support client engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. This role is highly execution-focused, where you will drive impactful marketing strategy, maintain the quality and visibility of our brand, and ultimately ensure that our marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with the objectives of the firm.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day marketing activities and support leadership in the annual marketing planning process.

Lead the content calendar, thought leadership, website updates, and production of marketing materials.

Oversee email marketing, newsletters, and holiday campaigns.

Manage firm-wide social media presence including content creation, scheduling, and posting.

Plan and execute firm events and industry conferences, including vendor coordination, sponsorships, and post-event follow-up.

Provide insights from industry trends, competitor activity, and client news.

Oversee and mentor marketing staff to ensure high performance.

Potential travel for select industry events (e.g., Cannes, NYC, Miami, Las Vegas).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in : Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.

Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to change, and always ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
