Accounts Payable Manager Location : Delaware, OH Our client is an industry-leading and well-established manufacturing company in Delaware, OH seeking an Accounts Payable Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for daily processing, cutting checks, checking GL's, as well as proactively identifying and resolving all A / P issues. Requirements / Qualifications : - 3+ years experience with accounts payable. - 2+ years experience in manufacturing payables. - Effectively manage department, prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Good communication & interpersonal skills. - Good analytical skills. - Attention to detail & accuracy is a must. - Able to identify & resolve A / P issues. - Able to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment. - Printing A / P supplier name labels at year end.

Responsibilities : - Daily processing. - Cutting checks, working with ACH's. - Running to the post office, filing, answering emails, checking GL's. - Ensuring things are being charged to the correct company / location / department. - Completing end-of-month reports. - Reviewing all payables before they go out the door, see below for a list from the current person in the role. - Managing 1 employee. - Processing payments for 4 companies.
