Shipping And Receiving Clerk

We are seeking dedicated warehouse clerks for our South Plainfield site. Candidates should be comfortable working in narrow aisles, at heights, and proficient with RF scanners.

Responsibilities

Order picking and packing. Operating reach trucks and forklifts. Managing shipping and receiving tasks. Lifting and moving boxes as part of general labor duties.

Essential Skills

Experience with order picking and packing. Proficiency in operating reach trucks and forklifts. Familiarity with RF scanners. Ability to consistently lift 50lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Punctuality and commitment to attendance. Professional appearance. Desire to grow within the company. Computer skills with FedEx database and SAP.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic warehouse setting where safety is prioritized. The facility is equipped with all necessary tools and technology, including RF scanners, reach trucks, and forklifts. Employees are provided with 11 uniforms annually, and the laundry is done on-site. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, with a $200 annual allowance provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Plainfield, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
