Our Store Experience & Business Operations organization is committed to empowering stores and employees to reach their full potential through outstanding training education and the delivery of engaging client experiences. We prioritize operational excellence and the seamless execution of innovative programs that enhance both the client journey and store performance.
We focus on supporting daily store operations while curating dynamic in-store experiences that inspire and connect with our clients. As the voice of our stores employees and clients we collaborate across functions to design launch and train on impactful programs that drive efficiency elevate the retail environment and create memorable differentiated moments for every client.
Store Experience
As subject matter experts (SMEs) manage programs that support client experiences and drive sales. Our team supports the client experience in our brick-and-mortar store including loyalty programs services sampling in-store marketing and promotions. Our team strives to create the best experience for all clients through continuous improvement and feedback helping Sephora truly be the best place to shop!
Store Experience Associate Manager
A subject matter expert ensures that the organization operates at peak efficiency minimizes risks and meets its strategic objectives. They are instrumental in bridging knowledge gaps driving innovation and fostering a collaborative and informed operational environment. Responsibilities vary by level with increasing complexity leadership and strategic impact as roles progress.
As the Store Experience Associate Manager you will be the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for executing and analyzing the operations of the overall client experience focused across all Sephora store formats.
Project Management
Support the planning execution and optimization of critical client experience business programs new initiatives and operational policies.
Program Management and Enhancements
Contributes to key initiatives that drive and impact the client experience in-store including but not limited to : The Sephora Selling Model Assist and Apply Sampling and in-store Marketing support.

Communication
Communicates effectively within teams ensuring clarity and consistency

The annual base salary range for this position is $73100.00- $97185.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
