RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Payable Invoices


• Reconcile various accounting schedules


• Reconcile vendor statements


• Assist in other internal office processes as required


• Post accounting schedules


• Research and answer all payable and vendor inquiries

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as an accounting or payable clerk....automotive dealership experience would be a plus


• Knowledge of Excel


• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results


• Team-oriented attitude


• Organizational, communication and computer skills
