Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain an optimal resident to staff ratio of approximately 7 to 1.
  • Follow care plans and provide direct patient care, assisting residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring.
  • Assess and monitor resident needs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff to accurately record vital signs and document Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
  • Uphold infection control standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and regularly assess resident needs to ensure satisfaction.

    • What You Need to Apply :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Certified Nursing Aide licensure as required by state regulations.
  • CBRF Certification for Assisted Living / Memory Care settings.
