We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Installation Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills who takes pride in quality work and can lead a crew to complete residential and light commercial installation projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead and complete installation of HVAC equipment, including :
• Furnaces (gas and electric)
• Air Conditioners
• Heat Pumps
• Hot Water Boilers
• Ductless Systems
• Roof Top Units (RTUs)
• Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) equipment
• Oversee and mentor installation helpers / technicians on job sites.
• Ensure installations are completed on time, on budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Perform custom sheet metal work, brazing, electrical, venting, and gas piping as needed.
• Communicate with customers professionally to explain installation details and answer questions.
• Coordinate with project managers and operations to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role.

Strong proficiency in sheet metal, brazing, gas piping, venting, and electrical work.

EPA Certification required (NATE Certification a plus).

Ability to read blueprints and run a job site effectively.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay : $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours : 35 – 45 per week
