Job Title : Utility WorkerJob Description

In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure you are set up for success. You will engage in daily tasks such as gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, ensuring the quality of finished products, continuously learning and understanding the manufacturing process, and monitoring machine operations. Expect a collaborative environment where you will work in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals, learning how to perform daily manufacturing roles.

• Engage in continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process.

Work Environment

This position is available on the 2nd shift (3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm) and 3rd shift (11 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am), Monday to Friday. Enjoy shift differentials, with rates as follows : Utility Helper Base : $17.53, 2nd shift : $18.93, 3rd shift : $19.53. Assistant Operator Base : $19.52, 2nd shift : $20.92, 3rd shift : $21.52.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53 / hr.
