Job Summary

Candidate will use technical skills to find innovative and unique solutions for automating industrial processes. Electrical Engineering and programming will be utilized when working with experienced professionals in a multi-disciplined environment.

Education :

BSEE or BSECE with 1-3 years' experience designing, programming industrial control systems and automation exposure.

Essential Functions :

Responsible for programming and designing PLC controls for new equipment.

Responsible for maintaining and supporting existing controls installations.

Allen Bradley Control Logix and Siemens S7 PLC programming.

Knowledge of object-oriented programming; including C#, WPF.

Ethernet networking experience, including topology and NAT.

Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet / IP, Profibus and Profinet.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Must be regular in attendance.

Will handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Functions :

Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include : Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.

Able to interact with all levels of management.

Strong presentation skills in person and on the telephone.

Must be able to read understand electrical schematics and mechanical prints.

Must be able to travel as required.

Essential Physical Requirements :

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Work environment involves situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.

Must be able to read printed word, write, speak and understand English.

Must have neat business-like appearance.

Must have valid driver's license and able to drive an automobile.

Must be able to travel on short notice by public transportation including (i.e. : aircrafts, trains, bus, cars) domestically and internationally.

Non-Essential Physical Requirements :

Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.

Condition of Employment :

Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Inductotherm Corp. hiring process requirements which includes a comprehensive assessment, drug testing, and a background check.
