Enterprise Account Executive at Silna
As Silna experiences explosive growth, we're seeking a top-tier Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in NYC. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape our enterprise sales function and drive significant impact as we transform how healthcare providers clear patients for care.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and contribute to defining our go-to-market strategy. This role demands someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds exceptional relationships, and approaches sales with strategic sophistication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed quota
- Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to each prospect's unique challenges
- Navigate complex buying committees and build consensus among multiple stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and strategic partnerships to maximize value
- Identify patterns and opportunities in the market before competitors
Relationship Building
Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key decision makersBuild a strong internal network across product, engineering, and operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product roadmapMaintain exceptional customer relationships post-sale to drive expansion opportunitiesRepresent Silna at industry events and establish thought leadershipBusiness Acumen

Experience & Skills
3-5 years of proven success in Enterprise Technology Sales, with healthcare technology experience preferredConsistent record of exceeding quota and delivering exceptional resultsExperience navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with senior executivesStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositionsStrategic thinking and deal orchestration capabilitiesComfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure in unstructured environmentsCharacter & Mindset
