Performing tasks list to include, but not limited to, installation, testing, calibration, and repairs of pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic measuring, recording, indicating, and control instruments / equipment.
Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash procedures.
Interface with OEM's and vendors as necessary.
Recommend improvement to the existing instrument, controls, mechanical, and electrical systems or equipment in order to improve reliability, accuracy, or further optimize process.
Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, MCCs, switchgear, PLCs, and DCS systems
Ability to read blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, E&I drawings, and P&ID.
Document maintenance activities and findings in the CMMS system.
