We are looking for a Maintenance Director / Supervisor to maintaining smooth running of the building maintenance. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team! Make an impact to patient care!
Maintenance Director / Supervisor role includes…
Building maintenance program and repair coordination
General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…
HVAC / Plumbing / Security / Fire / Electrical / Elevator…
Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance
NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly / quarterly / annually etc.
You’ll do great as our Maintenance Director / Supervisor because :
You have Healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
You have general plumbing / electrical skills.
You have basic carpentry skills.
You have general knowledge in utilizing tools.
You are knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
