This role involves engaging directly with entrepreneurs, students, and faculty, coordinating program activities, and providing mentorship throughout the innovation lifecycle. You will manage program logistics, track outcomes, and contribute to program design improvements while fostering an inclusive and equitable environment. Accountabilities :

• Coordinate and support program participants through application, onboarding, and alumni engagement, emphasizing inclusion and equity.
• Conduct outreach, recruitment, and engagement activities to build pipelines of innovators from diverse backgrounds.
• Facilitate program delivery, including in-person and virtual events, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage project plans, internal communications, and timelines for multiple programs simultaneously.
• Support funder relationships, reporting, and evaluation of program impact.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous program improvement and innovation.
